We do not have a store.

We only do farmer's markets and deliveries at this time.

1/2 Cow Price Details

All that I can provide you with is rough estimates on the beef as well because it depends entirely on the weight of the animal but I can give you a rough estimate as to how much it would roughly cost you. The cows usually weigh in at about 1200 pounds, so you would only be looking at roughly 600 pounds for the live animal. I charge $1.35/lb for the live weight, which would be that rough estimate of 600 pounds, once they arrive at the processor. There is also a processor fee of roughly around $175, also depending on the weight as well. We will provide you with the phone number for the processor so that once we tell you that your animal has been delivered to be butchered, you would call them to tell them how you would like it cut. They go through an entire list with you on the different cuts, sizes, and amount per package so that you can personalize the meat you are getting to fit your specific needs. Once the animal is done, they will contact us and we can arrange to pick it up for you or you can pick it up yourself. If we pick it up for you, we can find a meeting place to transfer the meat over to you.

whole hog and 1/2 Hog Price Details

I cannot provide you with exact amounts since the amount depends on the animal's weight, but I can provide you with rough estimates to give you an idea of the amount. Hogs usually weigh approximately 280 pounds for whole hog live weight or you would be looking at 140 pounds for the live weight for a half. We charge .85 cents a pound for the live weight  which would possibly be, depending on the exact weight, $119 for a half and $238 for a whole.  You will also have to pay for a processing fee of roughly $180, which is paid to the actual processor. You would receive roughly 91 pounds of meat for the freezer for a half and 182 pounds for whole. The processor will go over a list with you of all different cuts and sizes so that you can personalize your meat to fit your needs. The meat roughly estimates to about $2.30/lb.
